Ryan Warren is Co-Founder and CEO of Aims Innovations, where he leads product vision, go-to-market strategy, and platform development. Drawing on 25 years of enterprise sales leadership and deep expertise in AI-powered communication systems, Ryan conceived Aims’ approach to unifying research operations through conversational AI, automated participant management, and intelligent workflow automation.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Primevox Communications, Ryan led integration of AI capabilities into voice-over-IP platforms, gaining critical insight into real-time conversational systems—experience that directly informed Aims’ multilingual participant engagement architecture. His enterprise sales expertise across automotive and telecommunications sectors provides strategic advantages in selling complex technology solutions to research institutions, academic medical centers, and large healthcare organizations.

Ryan works closely with Co-Founder Dr. Curry to translate research workflows into intuitive technology and partners with CTO Ivan Smirnov to guide platform architecture and engineering strategy. Ryan’s vision: democratize research operations so every researcher can conduct rigorous, inclusive, reproducible studies without technical or budget barriers.

Ryan is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
