Dr. Neale Kinnear is a Chartered Psychologist and internationally recognized behavioral scientist advising Aims on research methodology, participant engagement strategies, and behavioral insights integration. With over 20 years specializing in human behavior, decision-making, and risk assessment, Neale brings deep expertise in designing studies that capture authentic behavioral patterns and translating complex data into actionable insights.
Formerly Head of Product Development and Behavioral Insights at Aon, Neale led the integration of AI and behavioral science into data-driven solutions for large-scale risk assessment. As former Head of Transport Safety at TRL, he developed behavioral research methodologies now applied across multiple sectors. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and provided strategic research guidance to governments and commercial organizations globally.
Neale is the Founder of consulting firm Affective Mobility and serves on expert panels including the UK Department for Transport, U.S. Transportation Research Board, and Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety. At Aims, he advises on rigorous research design, participant engagement and retention strategies, and ensuring platform capabilities align with gold-standard behavioral science practices.
